VerifiedLiving is a coordination and referral service. We connect clients with verified third-party housing providers, drivers, and relocation consultants. We do not own properties, employ drivers, or directly provide any of the services we coordinate.
While we maintain a large network of verified partners, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific properties or services at any given time. We will always work to find the best available option matching your requirements.
Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a service provider. VerifiedLiving's verification process reduces risk but does not eliminate it entirely. All agreements are made directly between the client and the provider.
VerifiedLiving charges a coordination fee for its services. This fee is disclosed clearly before any commitment is made. The fee is non-refundable once the client has been introduced to a verified partner.
VerifiedLiving's liability is limited to the coordination fee paid. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from agreements made between clients and service providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
